AI chatbots are becoming essential for businesses today. I’ve personally tried several AI chatbot tools for different purposes, and I want to share some of my favorites to help you decide which one might work best for your website or business.

Intercom is easy to use and comes with many ready-made chatbot templates. One of my clients uses it, and they’ve been very happy with the results. It’s perfect if you want a hassle-free solution.
6. Drift
Drift focuses on marketing and sales chats. It’s great if you want to talk with your website visitors live and capture sales leads instantly. Its interface is modern and user-friendly.
7. ManyChat
If your main goal is social media engagement, ManyChat is the best option. It works with Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. I used it to connect with followers on social platforms, and the response was encouraging.
How to Pick the Right Tool?
Every business is different. If you’re new to chatbots, try Intercom or ManyChat because they’re easy. If you’re more technical, Google Dialogflow or Microsoft Bot Framework might suit you better. For advanced, high-quality AI chat, ChatGPT or IBM Watson are excellent choices.
